Stretching seeks to increase performance by promoting flexibility. In addition muscle strength and endurance training, flexibility training is a crucial part of physical conditioning programs. It uses mechanical stimulus order trigger several neurophysiological responses, which include hypoalgesia sympathetic neuromuscular adaptations, kinesthetic sensibility improvements changes biomarkers levels. 28-year male patient came OPD with pain suboccipital region right-side upper neck since last 6 days. He was having history heavy weight lifting gym due repeated severe pain. On observation right shoulder elevated hyperactive trapezius muscle. Tenderness present over trapezius. examination left cervical side flexion Range restricted spasm muscles. Physiotherapy treatment given for This case report shows application post facilitation along spine mobilization have greater improvement.
